You can use the Afterpay App (or we can send you an invoice in advance of your visit for estimated costs that you can pay with Afterpay) and make monthly payments to them for our services.
DON'T HAVE INSURANCE? Scary, right? It does not have to be, because you always know what care from our clinic is going to cost. Most of our visits cost $200.00 and that includes your exam, any lab work we do in house, and a pharmaceutical medication we dispense ourselves. It's one stop shopping where we triage, test and treat! If external lab work is needed, we have a partnership with a lab that charges $99.00 for a wide range of tests with results provided the next day. If you need x-rays or other imaging, we can write the order for South Valley Imaging Center in Gilroy and give you their published cash prices. You can take our order to Hazel Hawkins Hospital and ask for their cash pricing. Visits with more advanced or complex services (like suturing) can go as high as $325, but most are just $200.00. We will inform you if visits become more costly. STI testing and most treatment for the uninsured is $275. HAVE INSURANCE? We serve those with health insurance, although we do not process insurance claims ourselves. We will give you are receipt with the proper codes that allow you to submit the claim to your insurance company. If external labs or imaging are needed, we transmit your insurance information to those other facilities.
